FAQ's
1. When will I get my cookies?
Your cookies are baked and shipped the SAME day so they are always super fresh; but it may not be the same day you order! Deliveries will go out every WEDNESDAY. Depending on how many orders we have, we may do a second shipment for the week. We are always looking to get more efficient, and if we are able to ship your cookies sooner, we totally will!
2. What shipping carrier do you use?
We use USPS to ship all orders, and most orders are delivered within 2 days after we ship them! Your order should reach you no later than 3 days after shipped. We are not responsible for lost mail, inaccurate delivery addresses, or spoilage if you are not home to receive your cookies in a timely manner.
3. Can I cancel my order after it's placed?
At this time, we are able to cancel an order if it has not started being filled. Just reach out to us via email: ayanna@joliesbakerybar.com, and we will refund you! However, if we have already started filling the order, we cannot accept a cancellation.
